The Body in charge of revising the Family Code is composed of six members :

- The Ministry of Justice,

- The Supreme Council of the Judicial Power,

- The Presidency of the Public Prosecutor's office,

- The Supreme Council of Ulema,

- The National Council for Human Rights,

- The Ministry of Solidarity, Social Integration, and Family.
